Why I Do This?

There's nothing better then helping someone find their movement mojo.

Seeing week-on-week, their experience change from initial trepidation, uncertainty, hesitation, wondering if it's going to really work or cause injury.

To the realisation that it doesn't have to push you out of your comfort zone, instead, it gradually expands, through steady progression, discussion, feedback, learning to listen to your body and what it's telling you.

The cool thing is this all happens very subtly, each session we have, helps tune in and create adaptation.

So, we start by exploring the movements and styles you prefer, and it's then a case of us showing up as a team, putting our energy in to the session, and feeling the sense of achievement as you prove to yourself, you can.

We will arrange a consultation to talk through where you are currently, and where you'd like to be. As well the practicalities of exercising at your home.

I will email you a health form and a PT client form, to ensure I am best suited to work with your current needs and health conditions (if applicable).

My fees are highly competitive and fair as I seek to provide affordable movement solutions. In return, I ask you to be open to the process of trying something new, with a willingness to experience and allowing yourself to grow.
