Anyone receiving a gift voucher treatment from me, will have the opportunity to share exactly what they are seeking from the massage, with no sales pitch or pressure to rebook, it's about having time to enjoy a really good massage (if I do say so myself).

Credit vouchers are a really simple way to gift someone credit to put towards a massage. Similar to a gift voucher, the recipient will receive an online credit voucher showing the monetary amount being gifted to them!
How to order your Voucher
1 - Complete all fields in the form below and press Submit
2 - You will be emailed by Sarahdunkleystt@outlook.com with payment instructions.
3 - When payment is received, the voucher with the recipients name printed on it, will be emailed to you, the purchaser.
3 - You then share the voucher electronically with the person you are gifting this to.
4 - Spread the word about the gift of massage!

How long will the voucher be available to purchase?
Following the successful launch of my Festive Gift vouchers, I have decided to continue offering vouchers all year round!
If I have a voucher, when can I book my massage?
Vouchers will be valid to use for 6 months, from the date of purchase, the expiry date will be shown on the voucher.
What are the payment options?
Payment can only be accepted by bank transfer, you will be emailed the bank details and asked to use the reference 'Voucher_yourname' so the payment can be tracked back to you. Once payment is received, the voucher will be emailed to you.
I've ordered a voucher, when will I receive this electronically?
You should receive your electronic voucher as a .pdf within 7 days of receiving payment. If you haven't received your voucher on email, please check your junk mailbox first. If you still haven't received it, please enquire by email: sarahdunkleystt@outlook.com.
Who is responsible for sharing the voucher?
You, the purchaser, are responsible for sharing the voucher with the recipient. The Business (STT) is responsible for emailing you, the purchaser, the electronic gift voucher within 7 days of payment.
I can't view/open the voucher in the .pdf format?
Please email sarahdunkleystt@outlook.com and request the voucher in a different format. A Google drive link to the voucher can then be shared.
What happens if the person gifted the voucher doesn't use it in time?
Unfortunately it will expire and will no longer be valid to use after 6 months. In this instance, you can request to change who receives the massage, or you can use it yourself! Just email sarahdunkleystt@outlook.com with your request and if the voucher hasn't been redeem, we can change the receivers details.
If the voucher isn't used, can a refund be requested?
If the voucher has not been used and it's still within the 6 months, then a refund can be made back to the bank account it was originally purchase from. You will be responsible for providing the bank details in order for the refund to be given. If the voucher has been redeemed then no refund will be given.
How do I know if the voucher has been used?
Hopefully you can check-in with the recipient, the business will track which vouchers have been used from the name listed on the voucher against any massages booked for this person with the voucher reference.
