My Approach
Tailored treatments to promote healthy movement within the joints and soft tissue.

Targeted approach by spending time with clients to understand their presentation and desired outcome for treatment.

Empowerment through education is key to help clients understand and manage their symptoms or injury and rebuild confidence in their body.

Prevention through regular treatments and helping clients establish new movement focused behaviours.

Volunteering
I have volunteered at a number of sports events, from the London Marathon, Surrey ride 100, Brighton Marathon and other local events such as Endure 24. It’s great to meet such inspiring individuals who push themselves to the limit to raise money for charity and be able to support their recovery with a post event massage. If you have an event you'd like supported by a massage therapist, please contact me here.

Covid-19 Notice

I have ceased hands on treatments due to lockdown. Discounted rates for online support and guided treatments, click here to find out more.
