My Approach

I pride myself on providing massage treatments that promote healthy movement of your joints and soft tissue. Treatments will not only focus on hands-on techniques, they may also re-introduce movement in a controlled way, to support you in regaining the confidence to move and get back to your way of life.

Being aware of your body and learning how it behaves and reacts to things like chronic pain, recent injury or long term health conditions will help you take control and manage your situation.

The aim of my work is to get you back into action and armed with self-care techniques and an understanding that will mean you aren't reliant on attending massages to 'get fixed'....instead, you book in every now and then just because it feels great!

Volunteering

I have volunteered at a number of sports events, from the London Marathon, Surrey ride 100, Brighton Marathon and other local events such as Endure 24. It’s great to meet such inspiring individuals who push themselves to the limit to raise money for charity and be able to support their recovery with a post event massage. If you have an event you'd like supported by a massage therapist, please contact me here.
