My Approach

I pride myself on providing massage treatments that promote healthy movement of your joints and soft tissue. Treatments will not only focus on hands-on techniques, they may also re-introduce movement in a controlled way, to support you in regaining the confidence to move and get back to your way of life.

Being aware of your body and learning how it behaves and reacts to things like chronic pain, recent injury or long term health conditions will help you take control and manage your situation.

The aim of my work is to get you back into action and armed with self-care techniques and an understanding that will mean you aren't reliant on attending massages to 'get fixed'. Instead, you book in because it feels great, or because you find it adds accountability and an opportunity to review your progress and importantly, prevent niggles from getting worse.

If you have an event you'd like supported by a massage therapist, please contact me here.
